Well Said
As anyone who knows me knows, I am NOT a political person--but I have to say as we go into our 6th year of war, and I'm in between my children's birthdays and celebrating their glorious little lives, I will simply post this poem written by Shel Silverstein:
HUG O' WAR
I will not play at tug o' war
I'd rather play at hug o' war
Where everyone hugs
Instead of tugs,
Where everyone giggles
and rolls on the rug,
Where everyone kisses,
and everyone grins,
And everyone cuddles,
And everyone wins.
HUG O' WAR
I will not play at tug o' war
I'd rather play at hug o' war
Where everyone hugs
Instead of tugs,
Where everyone giggles
and rolls on the rug,
Where everyone kisses,
and everyone grins,
And everyone cuddles,
And everyone wins.
